Our Story
TrueEQ was born from more than just personal pain—it was born from awakening.
Over the years, I’ve learned not only from manipulative individuals but also from entire systems: cult-like religious groups, narcissistic corporate cultures, and environments where limiting beliefs breed judgment and cruelty. I’ve seen how charm can conceal control, and how institutions and people alike can exploit vulnerability under the guise of connection or purpose. I created TrueEQ for people like me, those who crave authentic connection in a world that often rewards power over compassion. People who lift others without needing to compete. Who value emotional intelligence not as a buzzword, but as a way of life.

Growing up with emotionally unavailable parents, I learned to listen deeply and feel what wasn’t said. That longing for true, meaningful connection became my compass. And while I’ve faced toxic dynamics masked as friendship or leadership, those experiences didn’t break me, they clarified my mission. TrueEQ is the answer to that mission: a movement for emotionally intelligent individuals to connect, grow, and thrive. It's a movement that challenges shallow status games and celebrates the strength found in empathy, kindness, and self-awareness.
